Introducing Your New My Account
Good news, Picnikers! We’re rolling out for all our users a whole new section to manage your account information.
Now, at a glance, you can see your membership info. If you have a Premium account, you can see what length of membership you purchased and when your next billing cycle begins. You can also confirm that your credit card’s details are up to date, so your Premium membership never accidentally lapses. If you don’t have Premium, you can upgrade!
You can also use this page to easily manage your account’s password (remember, it’s a good idea to change all your passwords every once in a while), plus change your image quality settings, and even, if you really wanted to (and we hope you never would), delete your account (caution: this cannot be undone!).
We’ve been working hard to make this small but essential page more useful for all our users. You can find your My Account page if you’re logged into your account on the last section of the Home Tab, or at any time from the Help drop down at the top of the page.

There does not seem to be a way to retrieve your password if your email address has changed from when you registered … so I am paying for the service and unable to use it :-(

Great news! I’d love to have other settings saved too, such as the border color and size in collages. I change that to white every time I start a new one.

I have the yearly membership, and my father pays for it. He paid the $24.95 so I can have it for another year, but then cancelled the subscription because he didn’t want me to have it the year after since he was sick of paying for it. Now it’s saying I need to renew my account, but we already paid the $24.95 for this year, so I don’t see why it’s not working? Please e-mail me or respond back.

i love picnik im useing it to edit my senior partfolio pictures for high school but sadly i cant aford the full 24.95 the only complaint i have is i cant use the full screan unless im a premium user.

I have been paying for Picnik for quiet sometime now and love it but I have been having problems. I have not used it since Dec 2010 but mind you I’m still paying the monthly fee. I have been trying to log on now for a few weeks and it will not pull up I keep gettin a blank page that says error. Please email me with a phone number or some suggestions to solve this problem. I do not want to continue to pay for something I cannot use. :(

i love picnik. i use it all the time and i even recommended it to everyone i know…. but, i think u should have a section with some bling! like, maybe someone wanna write their name to their pic and use certain blings, stars, hearts (glowy ones) around the name or anywhere they wanna add to their pic to make it look more fabulous!

I wish there was a way, a download, something–to get Picnik without being online. I love it but there are times when I need to work on my pictures but don’t have internet access. Picnik is my favorite and I would love to not have to use any other program anymore!

I would like a better photo sizer.. adjusting them to 8×10, 5×7, ect. Also more frames!! I think you should offer picnik on a CD to take anywhere with you! I love PICNIK!!! You rock!!
Also can you use the program for Boudoir photos? I have emailed several times with no response! I would hate to loose the use of picnik… please reply

You should make it so that if someone deletes their account it saves for a few days then permanently deletes. We have made this change with some programs for other businesses and it is a life saver. Overall seems like better user ability.

I keep getting a popup that says i should allow picnic to store info on my comp. um. NO. you may not access storage. first is says it wants to allow 1MB and that i’m using 95kb… then it changes to 97 and 95 and 98 etc and i have to click it over and over and over to close it before i can continue or close the photo. REALLY ??? it never started until yesterday….. what is with this and if it continues.. going somewhere else….. !!!! very irritating.

The fur ball made my dog look like he has two black eyes. Big black circles. I never could get it to work as well as it used to. The little cursor ball floating around made it more difficult for me to put it exactly where I needed it. I tried at least for 45 minutes to get those eyes right. They still don’t look good. I like the old picnik better. I do realize that the new one allows me to do more different types of editing, but please work on the fur ball eyes.

I use Picnik and I just recently paid for the upgrade and now when I try to log in the page is just blank and will not load.. I have got to use it maybe a week and now it will not load. Please help I don’t want to also pay for something I can’t use! Email me at the email I gave and let me know what to do.
