It can be hard to keep up with what’s new here at Picnik. Unlike traditional software companies that put a new box on shelves every 18 months or so, we do updates every week! Sometimes they’re little updates, moving menus around or fixing bugs to make it easier for you to use Picnik, but other times it’s an avalanche of awesomeness. Here’s how you can better keep track of everything we’re up to here at Picnik World HQ:

Hi.
After you removed all the halloween effects, I can’t do any of my pictures. Because I make only Gothic images. Which the halloween effects were fantastic to, and all the other effects, I can’t use them. I’m quite sad that they were removed. I wish you had kept them. For example in a folder for all Sesong effects, and then let them stay in. I would be so happy if they came again. I can’t find other equally good effects anywere else, but now I actually can’t use Picnik for anything.

I love picnik but i can’t afford to do premium. I think the touch ups are awesome but i can’t use most of them. I also Love making the collages but most of the cool layouts are also premium. It would be cool if you made some more of the features free to people like me.

I think its completely understandable that they would keep those premium. They offer awesome products already for free, and the premium services are awesome as well. I bought apeture for mac (for 200 dollars) and I still use this website more often. Thanks a ton guys!

I understand wanting more “free” features, but I believe that picnik is very reasonably priced. If you are paying month by month it can add up, but if you just pay the 25 bucks you get 12 months of use and all of the amazing features. Unfortunately, they can’t pay peoples’ salaries if they give everything away for free. I agree with Jordan on this too, I use Photoshop Cs4 and Lightroom2 for my professional work, but when I’m just tinkering around or want a super quick touch up, I use picnik, and I’m a paying customer because of all the amazing premium features. I don’t think even $5 a month is too much! Keep up the great work guys :)

I love picnik! I belong to a couple fanfic sites and we give awards to the writers and I pop on here and make the award (which is a banner with the character and what they won for) I know once I get settled in my job I’ll be going for premium! Thanks picnik!

Heii Well I Love picnik && i was wondering if the high lights could be a free feature. Cause I Want to Dye My Hair But my mom doesnt allow me so i just want to take a picture and put highlights on it and tell all my friends i got highlights for a day. PLease make this feature free && make more stickers :] Thnxxx

Yeahh Well I wrote before and im still wondering if you could make the highlights effect and changing the eye color effect free. I cant afford Any of this but i love editing my pictures on here. I want to be a photographer when i grow up && I think this site is really helping me out. PLease send me an email back to my email :] Thanks I would appreciate if you make those affects free

Hi Yall! I’m a little new here and I just LOVE picnik… I think I’ve told about 20 people how great it is. The only issue I have is this… I took some of my picniked photos on a disc to walgreens and when my pics printed, it cut off half of my borders and some of my text. I know this is because I had more a square picture instead of rectangular but is there anyway to fix it here on picnik so that the borders move or to get the whole picture within the picture? As I said, I am a newbie still so the proportion thing under the resize option is too confusing for me. If you could answer back on how to fix this I would really appreciate it! Thanks!

im only a teenager and i love editing pictures for family and friends. i have photoshop, but i find picnik much easier to use. many of my friends also use picnik.
i love all the effects and stickers.
but the BIG down side is the premium effects. because im young, i wont be able to pay for it, therefor not being able to use them. because of this, i hardly use picnik anymore.
i think if you enabled the premium features to everyone, you’ll have a greater amount of members.
so my request is, please, please, PLEASE, make the premium features free (:

Hey My name is Shea and I have been using Picnik for awhile.. and Im thinking about getting the preium i am only 14 and I don’t know what you all get on the premium can you tell me like what you will all get.. Do you get more stuff then it has mention if you are just a normal picnik person or do you get more and doesn’t show it?
