Maintenance Time

If you are experiencing problems getting to Picnik right now, it is because we are in the process of upgrading our firewall. The plan was do be down for a very short time, but there has been a hiccup in the process which we expect to have ironed out any minute now.
Update: It’s all good again. Enjoy!

Hey, picnik staff, I appreciate all the tools you offer on the picnik.com site & really miss using it. Thanks for making such a great site… you should feel good that someone has already gotten dependent on it. Please get it back for us users ASAP.
Thanks,
Anthony

Why does it say after the word Update that “it’s all fine now. Enjoy!” It is not fine now, since it still won’t open. The rest of my Internet access is good, so what does it mean that it’s fine? And when will it really be fine for your users?

Sorry about that outage on Sunday. Somehow we missed the notification that the site was down, once we noticed the problem we fixed it right away. We’ve fixed our paging system and cleaned up the problem that caused the outage. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Nat: You should be able to use Picnik with Firefox on a PC, Mac or Linux. Can you email feedback@picnik.com with a description of your problem? Thanks.
